Better Med Urgent care is awesome. The waiting area is very nice and very clean. The staff was great and the doctor excellent. I highly recommend it.

This place was really nice and really clean. The staff was great!

We were in the office waiting to be seen for a long time. Once a PA came in, we were taken care of quickly.

Came in at the end of the day on a holiday and was told by the NP I needed to go to the ER instead due to my serious symptoms and lack of proper testing available at Better Med. I felt the NP was reprimanding me for being there. I drove myself and there was little concern for my welfare leaving. As I see it, I paid my co-pay for nothing.

Great people and wonderful service

The facility was very clean. And the staff was friendly. However, I was given an antibiotic that I had a severe allergic reaction to and had to go the hospital and stay overnight. A horrid experience. I told the Nurse Practitioner assigned to me that I was allergic to Erythromycin. She prescribed me Azithromycin (Zithromax). The hospital doctor said she should have known not to prescribe any antibiotic in the Mycin family. Be aware of the medicines they prescribe for you. And, they do not put protective paper on their beds which is very uncommon and unsanitary.

Had to come here late one evening after my peds office was closed. We were in and out in a very timely manner, which I appreciated because my daughter had the flu. Everyone was very helpful and considerate for how awful she felt.

Great experience...got right in and out! Everyone was very friendly..will definitely use them in the future!
