Stuck trying to find a center that could provide a timely PCR Covid test, I turned to the internet as all pharmacy options failed. The Airlines, based on travel location require the test to be done within three days of your travel date. BetterMed was clear with the information and when I reached out via phone to validate that what I understood was accurate, I got a very competent admin who researched my information, validated details and thanked me in advance for choosing their facility. Upon arrival, I was met electronically outside and advised where to go and what to do once I entered the facility- 15 mins tops and I was in and out with my covid test completed. Under 24 hours and I have my results and able to travel to see my ailing mom. All worked well and timely even though I must say I thought the actual test was a bit rough by the person who administered. I would highly recommend this facility.
