In all honesty I just did not like Emily R attitude toward me. Just make me not want to go back to this location. My experience with her made me feel so embarrassed and feel disrespected for even coming in. I know this is fear of corona but respect is still earn. Also this bettermed that I had at bad experiences at was on iron bridge road in chesterfield that just opened.

Checking in was a trick, only because of the girl at the front desk. She used her own preference over professional. Once got passed that, everything went well.

I felt that each staff I came in contact with sincerely cared about my health situation and wanted to do all that they could to assit me. Each staff was friendly and personable. I would definitely go there again if I needed to. Thank you!

Great service on my day of need when I couldn't get in to see my regular doctor. Robert Klase in particular has been great helping me with statements I've needed to file a trip cancellation claim. 4 stars instead of 5 because 1) It took me a week and an extra phone call to get a response to my first post appointment question. 2) The next time I called in about getting help with the claim, I was shuttled (by phone) to five different people, none of whom could help me, including people at other offices from the one I called. I was finally told the person I needed to speak to would be in the next day. 3) That person was NOT in the next day and I was delayed for yet another day. 4) I should have been able to complete my question and response via email or the patient portal, yet I had to go into the office of high risk exposure, not once, but twice, during this time of attempting social distancing because of covid-19.

My visit was very brief, and I received the care that i needed, left out feeling much better then i did when i left. However, my experience was not as pleasant as I would have liked it. I was sick, not feeling well and when i was called to the registrar she was so "task" oriented that she didn't even take the time to greet me and say hello. I went to the desk, and she said "insurance card and photo id". She checked me in, i went in the back I cant tell you the name of the person who took my vitals, she never introduced herself. The nurse, was apparently having a rough day, very short, to the point and non compassionate. The provider, well he was ok. Convenience at Bettermed is great patient experience, not so great!
