Efficient and safe procedure to get a covid 19 test. Phone call with results was when promised.

Kind, friendly employees and very professional.

My wife was tested for COVID19 at bettermedcare on18 Jun 20. Within 1 hour I had to rush my wife to the emergency room were she was immediately placed in an isolation ward. Today is 24 Jun 20 and STILL NO TEST RESULT, my wife is still in isolation barely coherent. If we were waiting on bettermedcare to inform us of the result My wife would certainly have died by now. I've made a dozen calls to bettermedcare explaining that we can't get their portal to work and asked them to at least contact my wife with results (they did not) They won't tell me her results (privacy) but they never gave my wife the option that I be notified. People are fading/dying quickly from this virus so to not foresee the need for patients to have family members access to critical info is ludicrous. I have called Mary Washington hospital and told them of my plight. I will call my insurance company as well and hopefully they will stop do business with these Quacks. Test somewhere else.
