Excellent care!

Great experience

They were nice, efficient, courteous, and delivered my results in a timely manner. I was not terribly thrilled that I had to go to the bathroom at a nearby store while I waited for my appt time. Mostly positive.

I was tested six days ago, first appointment of the day. Since then, I have recovered from my symptoms and my results have yet to be given to me. I have called many times since hitting the five day mark and I was told they are backed up. However, an employee at Bettermed said it was strange that I haven’t received my results Since others tested after me received theirs already. I have spoken to five different people at Bettermed and they keep telling me the same thing. If the reason is actually Labcorp, then ok, get on the phone and fast track my results. You would think with what this virus chaos has caused and the emphasis put on it globally, I would receive my results faster than the time it takes to get a loan and buy a house. Meanwhile I continue sitting at home feeling fine burning vacation days. This is great!!!!!!!!
