Good experience

everyone is fantastic at this location! Thank you for the excellent care! We use Bettermed for all of our urgent care medical needs.

When I visited your facility I was in pain in my vaginal area. He assumed I have yeast infection and gave me a pill. ( I never had that before)However he did not tell me that the medication will take 24 to 48 hours to take effect. He did not suggested to take anything in between He did not even looked. I took my own swab test , which I agreed to do. When I called the next day (7/5) I was told to let the medication take effect. I went to CVS mini clinic there I was told that they do not take care of women issues. At night when the burning was unbearable I went to ER. There the doctor looked at the area and gave me lidocaine and I got some relief. The next morning I saw a OBGYN and she gave me nystatin and triamcinolone acetonide , in forty minutes I had a full relief. Why the PA could not prescribe it initially. Why I was told the morning when I called in that I have to bear with it till the medication takes effect. I worked for 46 years as a PT I never told a patient with severe pain to wait. My swab test was negative.

Clean, safe facility - COVID-19 prevention practices in place. Private rooms with closing doors (not curtain dividers). Checked in promptly and only waited a few minutes between check-in and seeing provider. Provider set realistic expectations and answered all questions clearly. Visit was probably about an hour including labs - have been to other urgent care companies in the area where same visit would have taken several hours.

Charged me a co-pay (more than what my co-pay is) and my insurance said they should not have charged any co-pay. Took longer for results than was advised and did not load the results into the patient portal. Will not go to this Urgent Care again.

Quick, convenient, and helpful. Great experience all around.

We waited in the individual patient room for close to an hour and 15 minutes. The office did not have a lot of people there so I am not sure if they forgot about us, but I feel that is too long to be locked in a room waiting to be seen.I finally walked into the main area and asked if someone could see us. Someone came in a few minutes later and apologized for the wait. Otherwise, the staff was professional and our medical needs were taken care of very well
