The location I visited is convenient, the staff is very friendly. The visit was efficient and quick.

I have only been to the Chesterfield location. I trust the complete staff, as everyone has always been efficient, professional and friendly. Excellent place to go instead of hospital. If needed they will make sure you go to the hospital and have them waiting on you.

They did a great job with making their COVID related procedures feel seamless. The team was pleasant and hey.... any place willing to do testing for an illness with no vaccine is a five star place to me. It’s not their fault it requires a tiny q-tip to be shoved into my brain.

I've been to BetterMed twice now. Once for COVID-19 testing where they were right on schedule and explained each procedure to me and listened to my concerns. They were thorough and made me feel safe. The second visit was for an urgent care situation where again I was well taken care of. I wish that they could be my primary care provider! Thank you BetterMed at the Regency Shopping Center in Richmond VA! Highest of praises!
