Needed a rapid covid test to travel to Maine and Better Med was my only option. I found them to be very professional and efficient. I had my result in 15 minutes and off I went.

Great experience!

Visited BetterMed twice due to an illness over a two week period. It seemed like all they wanted to do was Covid test me. My second visit lasted less than 5 minutes in office. Turns out I had Lyme which my primary care correctly diagnosed. Very disappointed in the care I received.

Do not use this urgent care. We were seen in March. Never, got test results, no meds and my wife was diagnosed the next day with pneumonia and hospitalized. I spoke with the CEO and because of poor care rendered I would owe nothing. I was fine. Today they drafted 306.00 dollars. Their physicians are bad bottom of the barrel physicians. My wife almost died and they lied to my face about the bill. This is not a good company.

People were great, explained everything to us, answered all our questions.

I highly recommend this facility. Very excellent service and time management. I'm always in and out in less than hour. The staff are always friendly and professional. Alexia Wallace, NP is great, she listens and prescribes the correct medications.

My entire experience was a good one and I will continue to recommend your services. Thank you.
