BetterMed made me feel better.

I walked in with a problem and within a short time was in an exam room and being treated. I very much liked the staff, the professionalism, the cleanliness, and the efficiency. I would definitely use them again.

The MA asked if I wanted a flu and/or strep test before the clinician had even seen me to determine if that was clinically warranted. The clinician came into the room, asked one question and listened to my lungs before ordering an X-ray. In total the clinician spoke about 3 sentences to me in our approximately 90 second interaction then I was prescribed 4 meds and sent home where I proceeded to get much worse.

The staff and medical providers were prompt with their service and very observant of COVID precautions. I am glad I was able to do all registration over the phone while in the parking lot so I did not have to spend extra time in the facility. Everything looked clean and all stuff was friendly.

Very responsive, large staff available for questions, very clean, would go back, would recommend!
