My husband got covid and we were able to get him in quickly both when he was first exposed and when he was feeling better. We were also able to get me in quickly to verify that we were both now negative. We felt very safe at this facility. They were very professional and very conscientious of covid protocols. I would highly recommend them.

The website says Telecare is 70.00 but I was billed 369.00 for a call that was less than 10 minutes. All I needed was a note to return to work. Can't say I will ever return. The Healthcare professional was very nice that I spoke with.

I came in for an extremely obvious injury after a fall that happened two weeks beforehand. My hand was disformed (pinky was literally stuck at a 45 degree angle), and I had numbness and wrist pain: all obvious signs of a metacarpal fracture. I got my x-rays done and sat in the room for about five minutes just to get told my hand was completely fine and I should go see an orthopedic (??) if the pain remains. I went to patient first directly after, got the correct diagnosis and a MUCH needed cast that same day. I understand the nurse I talked to was new, but imagine misdiagnosing something more serious.
