Fast, thoughtful, cautious way to get peace of mind after covid exposure.

The staff was very friendly and made sure I was aware of what was happening at all times.

I was able to go back immediately. The NP came in within five minutes and I was done with everything in about 20 minutes. Everyone was very nice.

Went in for a sprained ankle. The patient room had a TV, which helped pass the time. We got there at a peak time, and they took their time with us, not rushed. All staff were very professional and took the time to answer all question.

Bettermed was great when my husband and I needed Covid-19 tests. They were timely, efficient and communicative. I am thinking of making Bettermed my primary care center.

Very polite, was not rude to patients was concerned and showed me everything that we have went through. Referred me to let them know or go urgent care or hospital if symptoms get worse. Seemed like they appreciate their patients and it was not that long of a visit.
