Efficient very well organized

Honestly if I could give them six stars I would. They were quick to answer the phone when I called and helped me set my appointment over the phone with them no issue. The day of my test they were very accommodating and actually did a mini physical while administering the COVID test. I would go back to this Urgent Care anytime I need medical assistance and am back in Richmond. Thank you!

I went to BetterMed to be tested for COVID because my granddaughter had been exposed to the virus. I wanted to make sure I was ok before seeing a friend. I did not have to wait long for test results. Everyone was very nice.

The results was quick.

Wonderful helpful staff that were able to get me in same day due to a cancellation. I received my rapid COVID test results within 30minutes and I had no out of pocket expense with my insurance even though I have a high deductible plan

Great Staff - very efficient and friendly.

The process of setting up an appointment for COVID-19 testing online was not user friendly. Also no one answered the phone when I called after arriving. The phone would ring without going to an answering machine. The Nurse and Dr’s were friendly and professional but the wait time was also excessive and it didn’t appear to be busy.
