I was misdiagnosed with COVID-19 and Flu B. I went to a different doctor the next day and they conducted both the RT and PCR test. The RT was negative. It took 5 days to get the PCR test results, which was also negative. I had to quarantine unnecessarily for a week and my wife is going through Chemotherapy.

There was no wait; employees super friendly; NP explained everything thoroughly. Prescriptions were called in immediately and overall a wonderful visit. I will never go to patient first again; Bettermed Urgent is now my place!!!!!

Online appointment was convenient and staff was very nice

This was the worst treatment I could imagine. I called to check into my appointment for over 30 minutes. Once I was checked in I was accepted with an attitude of inconvenience. I have two of my daughters in the nursing industry. I can’t imagine the ever treating a patient like I was. Eventually I refused service and went elsewhere. I will not try this agency again!!!

They were so awesome! I logged in at midnight to make an appointment the next day for a rapid covid test so I could catch my flight in the afternoon, but I had trouble with the site so the best appointment time I got was 1.5 hrs before my flight. They were so awesome to work me in earlier so I didn't miss my flight if results were negative which they were! Thanks y'all! 🤠
