BetterMed in Chester was fantastic. The doctor was knowledgeable, helpful, efficient, professional and she made me feel at ease during a stressful COVID scare. I do, however, wish that the doctor would have diagnosed my symptoms and been able to give me more information about how I could feel better as opposed to just telling me to take 500mg of vitamin C. My fever was worse the following day and I was sick with a migraine, stomach pains, cold chills and sweats and had a horrible sore throat for over a week. While I may not have tested positive for COVID or either strain of the flu at your offices, I do work in a school with students still attending school in-person daily. I feel as if I am working in a profession where I am at high-risk and should have been given more insight and answers into a diagnosis. Because COVID has been so fatal for many, I wish I left with more answers. I did not feel any better and had to be retested again the following Wednesday after a Sunday test at BetterMed. Again, the doctor was fantastic and I would visit again if in need of urgent and reliable care.

Knowledgeable friendly staff, very clean facility. The BetterMed at 6100 Harbourside Center Loop is amazing. With this pandemic the people here are so caring and compassionated. They really care about helping you.

I had to take my 4 year old in for stitches and was so thankful for the staff at BetterMed. I was so thankful for their care and won’t hesitate to see them again.

Excellent service and quick results. It was good to be able to set up an appointment for my covid test and not have to sit in a parking lot for hours waiting in line. I will definitely return to this clinic if I need treatment in the future. Staff was extremely nice too.

This s the second time I have had the COVID test at BetterMed. Each time the doctors, nurses and staff have been wonderful

I was seeking treatment for a sinus infection.and COVID19 testing. I was extremely bad off - was sent back.out to the car to wait for COVID testing. I was feeling so bad that I had to.lay on back seat until I got the calls to come in. Once I was inside I had to wait at least 1 hour (it felt that way) I was laying on examination table in fetal position. At one point I went out tp.the hall to find out where the doctor was - I was told "with other patients". It seemed like forever to be seen it was mid morning on a Saturday and they may have had only one doctor there.
