The service was ok, but I am still experiencing ear problems. The steroid drops did not help. Probably need to visit an ENT. Provider and nurse were very professional and treated me as I was their only patient for that day.

I was there to get tested for COVID-19 and they were a very concerned staff. I ended up getting tested for COVID-19 and the Flu! To no avail, I found out that I have both. Such misfortune, but they took care of me and I would recommend this BetterMed Urgent Care to everyone. The staff take care of you genuinely. Better Med in Prince George, Puddledock Road, top notch care!! Many Thanks to the nurses who took care of me!!

I waited 2 hours in the parking lot for a COVID retest. I couldn't get into the building. So I called and told them who I was and that I was calling about my appt that was supposed to be at 6 PM, 2 hours ago. The lady at the desk asked "What about it?" I said "Well, its 8:00 and I'm speaking to you from your parking lot!" She said she would check on what was happening. After 10 more minutes of waiting, I headed for home. Minutes later the young called and asked if she could RESCHEDULE my appt. I told her no, never again can you ever schedule me for anything at Bettermed. I explained that I wasnt yelling at her but I was extremely upset with Bettermed. She asked again to reschedule me, which ended out conversation. This happened on 12/22/2020. I havent heard a word from anyone at Bettermed since this debacle.

I was extremely pleased by the service I received when I went for my Covid test. I did not feel well at all but the staff was very kind & thorough & completed the test procedure very quickly. I received a written report of my test results & was on my way back home within an hour.
