Took my mother there the Tuesday before Christmas for a suspected UTI. They sent a sample away for culture. Was told we would get results in two to three days. A full week later we called and were told everyone was too busy to talk to us. After my sister threw a fit someone finally called back that night to say they still didn’t have labs. Three weeks later still haven’t heard a thing and nothing on the test results page of the portal account I set up. I immediately started my mother on cranberry pills max because I knew it would be a couple days for results. I guess she didn’t have one but I would have liked not to worry about it over Christmas seeing as how we were already dealing with other extreme post stroke problems and medication issues that we couldn’t get any help with either (not BetterMed). We were out of town and couldn’t get to her regular doctor.

I had a 10:30 am appointment to get a COVID test and arrived at 9:20 and called the office as instructed while sitting in my car. No one answered for 3 minutes, then I got a quick request to HOLD for a 'short while'. After 7 more minutes on hold, I went inside to inform the staff of my 10:30 appointment and didn't want to lose my place in line. The staff assured me that I would not and told me to go back and sit in my car and they would call me. I sat quietly in my car for 45 minutes and still no call from the office. Then my wife called me and said that the staff was trying to get me on the phone. The person at the desk had transposed my phone number but didn't bother to step outside and contact me as I was parked directly outside the front door. Anyway after two hours I finally was able to get the test done a go home. Very poor service!!!!!!!!!

Terrible service and bed side manner.

I received professional, compassionate help. The questions were thorough. The nurses and doctor took their time with me. They were good listeners.
