My son had broken his wrist they…
My son had broken his wrist they quickly took x-rays and we had a plan to go to a doctor already but they were willing to refer us to someone. They wrapped up his wrist until he could be seen by an orthopedic

I was brought in very quickly
I was brought in very quickly, without needing to even wait in the waiting area !!!! I was told by the PA and Nurse exactly what was happening, and how long to wait !!! Very please experience I felt well taken care of. I am a very healthy person So I actually don’t have a PCP I’m happy that I did a “ walk in”

Review - Covid test
The staff was awesome & so caring from the appointment to the swab test. The reception, nurse, & nurse practitioner are fabulous professional individuals!! I hope you are grateful for such a wonderful team! They were all very knowledgeable & professional. I wish you well & thank you for all you do to help the public. Please appreciate your employees!!!

The time of check in to being seen was…
The time of check in to being seen was over one hour and half. This is sitting in your vehicle waiting for someone in BetterMed to call you to come back into the building to be seen. Once inside you are tested for Covid wait 15-20 minutes for your results. No one check you out for any other symptoms or possible other problems you complain of if you test positive! I know we’re in a pandemic but we must do better.
