Felt like no one cared about how much pain I was in I kept saying I was in pain and she replied with yeah you will be in pain fir a while you didn't fracture anything have a great day .

I had an very painful infected finger. I was pretty anxious about being seen because I was scared the treatment was going to be painful. I was brought right back and seen by Wallace NP. She had the best personality! She greeted me with a smile and complete understanding of the situation. She kept me informed as to how she wanted to treat me which eased my fears. She gave me a nerve block which relieved my pain immediately and helped me relax. She finished treating my finger and wrapped it up well so I wouldn't hit it. Ms. Wallace NP was exactly who I needed that day and I truly appreciated her loving care.

My appointment was quick, efficient and well organized. BetterMed really knows what they're doing despite how busy they might be!

We had to get a COVID test to travel to MA for a gravely ill family member. We were glad they only release appointments once a day or we wouldn’t have been able to travel when we did. The appointments disappear quickly though. We called to let them know we were there and they’d call patients in one at a time so we wouldn’t come across another patient. The rooms were freshly sanitized. They were fast and we had our result before we left. Thanks BetterMed!!

Even with the increase in patients waiting to be tested for Covid-19, I was still able to get an appointment within 12 hours. The attending PA was thorough, and gave a very clear and understandable explanation as to my medical condition. It was a very positive experience. There was even a follow-up call from BetterMed the next day. I have not been a strong advocate of the “doc in a box” philosophy, but this experience changed my mind. It felt more like going to a family doctor; caring and close to home.
