Good service, but please check up on your patients!
Good service once I had finally got it, everyone was nice, but I did have to go out of my patient room to see what was up because it felt like I had been left, waited upwards of an hour before finally getting my 10 minute treatment done

My visit to BetterMed was great
My visit to BetterMed was great! I didn't have to wait at all. The nurse was friendly and very professional. The NP that I saw was very good. She gave me a prescription and a referral to a specialists. I had a very pleasant experience and would definitely go back!

Efficient Covid testing
I was able to schedule my covid test in advance. My appointment was on time and I got the results in about 25 minutes, with a consult from the medical practitioner. Very satisfied.

Appointment set up was easy, and staff were friendly. Everyone was appropriately wearing PPE and made it very safe.
