simply amazing! obviously there are some kinks about the app that needs work, but overall it works SO WELL. It's flexible so you can text/call/video chat whenever you like~you decide! The phone chats are good quality usually and I love the fact you go through a questionnaire about what type of therapist would best suit you🙌🏻 and they even check up on you to see if the therapist they paired you with is a good fit! I stuck with my first one cause she's absolutely amazing 🥰 10/10 would recommend! (which I have to many people already 😂👌🏻) thanks so much better help!❤️❤️🙏🏻

Betterhelp has been very helpful. From the messaging to the video calls and groupinars I feel very supported daily which is the type of dependence I currently need. I love how accessible help is.

BetterHelp was there for me when I needed it most. Incredibly accesible and affordable, I was able to reach out to a counsellor right when I needed to, and within two days I was assigned to one. I’d recommend this app to anyone who is busy, lives in a remote location, and/or is seeking one-on-one therapy instead of with a group.

BetterHelp is a great counseling platform. It gives you a variety of possibilities to communicate with your therapist (via messages, calls, or video calls) and they also offer interesting webinar topics people can register to. Counselors are very qualified and they care a lot about finding the right one for each person. It´s a powerful tool and very comfortable to use from anywhere.

I hadn't fully trust online therapy before I tried BetterHelp, especially in my country (Vietnam) where mental health isn't focused on. This platform and the awesome staff have helped me a lot and I'm very grateful for it. I wasn't matched with the right therapist right away but after a switch I met Karin and she has been the best to me. Looking forward to many more years with BetterHelp.

This app put you in contact with a pro that suits your need. I love to be able to text my counselor when I feel like it. Even you don't necessarily have an answer right away. It always in 24h. I appreciate that I had some financial help too, it's not easy to need help but cannot afford it. I'm grateful the app take your income in consideration. Bless you and your team.

Somewhat useful, but counsellor had so little availability, waited two weeks for a phone call and then felt she wasn’t interested. So I paid that much money for a few messages, maybe there are better counsellors on there but it’s not worth the cost tbh.
