Better Help was amazing! My counselor was timely and well prepared for each conversation and it didn't take long before I was able to be comfortable and open to the help I was receiving - 10/10!

My counselor was extremely helpful and I immediately clicked with her. It only took one session to see very real gains. I know this isn't always how counseling goes, but I was ready and it only took my experienced counselor to bring that out.

Although I appreciate the initiative, there aren't enough counsellors. It took over a week before someone reached out to me and another week before I could actually meet my counsellor out of a 4 weeks plan which is ridiculous. Sessions are too short and my counsellor was unresponsive and our time differences made it too difficult to communicate. I think the website is only tailored for people based in the USA and nowhere else hence the lack of choice. The price was also so ridiculously high, I regret wasting that much for so little. Really really unsatisfied.

After a period of frustration over not knowing how to be offered counsellors with experience treating persons with ASC due to it not being on the check-list of issues a subscriber wants help with, it took a number of changing counsellors to achieve but I am very happy with my current counsellor and BetterHelp, who also helped me with an extended free trial while we looked for the right counsellor for me and then, when I told them about my financial difficulties, a discounted subscription so that I could afford to continue therapy. Thank you BetterHelp, I really appreciate what you did for me.
