This website exploits vulnerable people who need help. I was signing up for this website with a promise that i get 1 week free trial before billing. I have used alot of services before who has this promise. And everyone exept this website kept their promise. When i put in my card information (like everyone asks for) they billed me immediately 260usd for a whole month. It was all money on my bank account. I stopped the subscription immediately, and contacted customer service, who does not respond about returning my money. I payed 260 for nothing. And i still would like my money back. This is absolutely illegal in my country, and the website is clearly not about helping people, but taking their money.

I can't thank them enough they are simply amazing with the best approach. Highly recommend them. Dr. Daly wow what an amazing man. I recommend him and give 5 stars to him. Better Help is a great platform to receive counselling. It is reliable and customer service are very helpful. There are so many councillors that you can find someone who really fits your needs. My first match wasn't a great match but after an easy switch (with a dash of awkwardness and guilt, but don't let that deter you) I found a fantastic councillor that has led me to a great place and now I feel confident to move forward, brighter and lighter with the customised tools (to manage life & emotions) they've helped me develop. Highly recommend!

A nurturing space. I felt really held by my BetterHelp experience. I was dealing with insecurities from family ruptures and the therapists provided me with warm support. The service is very professional and easy to use. The journalling feature was really helpful - I would send in my reflections in advance (this worked well for me since I like to express myself through writing) and then we'd have a weekly 35 min conversation around my reflections.

Dr. A has been a Godsend and has seen me through a serious tragedy and helped me through my darkest days. She gave me tools to help focus on the positive and see the light at the end of the tunnel! It’s hard to believe that she has been with me for 6 years. I don’t think I could have made it through my challenging times without her guidance and support. I’m so thankful I found BetterHelp.com because I’m not sure what I would have done if I hadn’t had this service where I could reach out to my counselor at any time, day or night and I received a quick response—sometimes as fast as 5 minutes or less!

BetterHelp is such a great and convenient platform for counseling services. It's easy to use, interactive and the best part - you get matched with an ideal counselor based on your personal needs and improvement. My counselor, Daniel Villareal, is awesome! He instantly makes you feel comfortable and at ease with his jolly yet calming personality. He structures our meetings in a goal-oriented and flexible way, which I really appreciate. Not bad at all for my first ever experience with counseling.

I found out about BetterHelp via a podcast that I listen too regularly. At first, I was a bit skeptical about the whole process. I can honestly say that the level of therapy I have received via my BetterHelp therapist is on par with my previous in-person therapy sessions from years ago, which I might add were more expensive.
