Better help is way more convenient than going to someone's office. very secure. Economical compared with face-to-face therapy, and so much more customizable. I Have done very well with my therapist, but could easily change if I wanted to (I don't). Doing therapy from home changes the interaction for the better if you ask me. I'm a virtual convert! (started VERY skeptically)

I have nothing but great things to say about BetterHelp. My therapist has been amazing and my quality of life has improved so much since the beginning of our sessions (3 months now). Also, the customer service from BetterHelp itself has been phenomenal when I needed it. They truly do go above and beyond. I would recommend BetterHelp to anyone seeking therapy. I think the price is worth it if you’re investing in yourself! If you need the financial assistance, I recommend that as well. Thank you, BetterHelp!

I got what I wanted and needed. Help when I was in a bad place. And now in a good place again. The first therapist did not fit me at all. I had two live sessions and came to the conclusion that she was a waste of time. So I changed therapists and the second one was really great! He helped me sort my thoughts and feelings and I quickly got my situation sorted out. I recommend BetterHelp. But don't be afraid to change the therapist, if it is not working between the two of you.

I'm early on in my experience but so far it's been a positive one. My therapist is responsive and our personalities work well together. I appreciate the flexible times, and methods of communication.

I've been very satisfied and found my counselor had exactly the skills I needed with a deep sense of human compassion. I've been very pleased.

It's not always easy to reach help or find help when you need it, especially when you are depressed, anxious or have some other mental health issue that makes it harder to step out of home or reach out for help. Betterhelp is an amazing platform for such people, such as I. My therapist, Dr. Kim Walsh has helped me tremendously over the last few years and a constant support wherever I need some and also keeps tabs on me via the messaging option, everything made possible because of this platform.

I signed up for BetterHelp during the Ariana Grande special and I am still in my free month. I really like the way that I can talk to my therapist throughout the week and the fact that the person that I speak with has been selected for me based on my belief system and personal preferences. Although it has only been a few sessions, I am already noticing a difference in my thought processes and stress management. I gave four stars instead of five because although they offer a small discount for those who are not as well-off, they do not take insurance.
