I was recommended better help by my friend in the USA , I am from Guyana south America, and I didn't believe I needed therapy because growing up,I thought it was only for white people,but I later realized, we all need help. So I reach out and I am getting help in areas I never saw needed help. I am writing this review to help someone who have the same ideas I had , so the could have a paradigm shift

Better help matched me with a therapist in the US while I live in Germany. I booked an appointment with her thinking it was in the afternoon. It was during the night and not in the afternoon. She's indeed only available after midnight ghe whole month. Waste of time. I might be charged because I missed an appointment 3 am. Really not cool..

Although we're a US-based company, international members should see their assigned therapist's available time slots converted to their time zone to avoid confusion.
