I have been receiving counseling from Better

The customer service was great but the counsellors were really poor. I tried 2 and the first, Lasicillie Jonson said she could do messaging counselling (due to US/UK time difference and having a baby) but after 4 days and twice asking, did not ask me questions or actively pursue connecting so I gave up. The second, Jaqueline Verdura, told me that I needed to discuss **** because what I had asked to work through was not right - she said ‘you can’t just discuss ****because I believe*****’ - this was after a couple of days which really tells me she was not prepared to listen or start where the client was at. As someone in a similar field, I found the process very damaging and counsel was really terrible and unprofessional. When someone is in a place of vulnerability - listen is a basic requirement.

I have used BetterHelp for over a year now and my therapist is amazing. She helps me and helps me to help myself. Her ability to read and understand me is great!

Betterhelp has helped me with my anxiety and antisocial behavior and I believe it is a very good program for people looking to better themselves mentally

I really enjoy Betterhelp it's has helped me to set boundaries with both my friends and family. Most importantly myself. I didn't believe in mental health at first and got burned by a mental health practice through my healthcare providers. Now, I am getting better without any medications and just by doing the actual work.
