Fantastic service!

I have been going through a rough patch over the past few years after a big move. I had been debating on getting some help. My work schedule would make it hard to make appointments during the day if I chose to attend locally, the $75+ per session cost, and admittedly the thought of trying to find the right person was daunting. I learned about BetterHelp from a podcast I listen to regularly. This seemed like a perfect fit: the cost, schedule, and ability to try counselors until I found my perfect fit (which happened with the first one - she is amazing). While I am no tech-genius I do have online course experience. I found the enrollment and following sessions easy to navigate; I think those with less online experience than myself would easily be able to walk through the process.

Good service to use when you need help.

I had really was like what I need this for, but after talking with them, it gave me a chance to open up about things that had me down. It gave me strength to push forward when I felt like giving in. Easy to use format and schedule is very flexible. I'd love this even just to be able to communicate with others about life.

Better Help has done wonders in helping me find a good therapist. David listens to me and gives me real world advice to help with my mental growth and stability.

I know a lot of people have had so called "bad" experiences with betterhelp because they didn't particularly enjoy their therapist, but I say don't quit or give up so quickly. I went through about 5 people in the short span of like a few days until I found my current therapist and I love her! She has been so encouraging. Her technique is incredible because she asks questions that lead me to my own answer rather than answering them for me. She has helped me challenge myself and has helped me in my healing process of many hurts from my past. As a university student that doesn't have income coming in, betterhelp helped me with a payment plan and discount. I always knew that i needed to go to therapy and i am so content with the fact that i finally chose to do it and with betterhelp since I don't have a car, and can meet with my therapist from home. I would just say do not hesitate to try and switch therapists if you are not content with the one you are speaking with. I am certain you will find the one that fits you best with a few trials and errors!
