I have been graced with amazing mental health services off and for many years. The Pandemic and its aftermath awakened some emotional need that I was unaware of. After searching for over a year, I discovered betterhelp. I was matched with an amazing therapist who I continue to work with. I first applaud the screening questions that addressed what I was needing personally. I had never been asked such relevant questions to assure I received the care I needed from the most competent therapist. I was matched with my therapist within two days. I was ready for change! I was matched with a skillful and competent therapist that is helping me address all my concerns compassionately. I am feeling more hopeful than I have ever been and am acquiring better coping skills that are empowering my daily living. I have a way to go but I am confident that I am in good hands!

Good at first, but not consistent.

In Better Help you will find one of the largest website’s of highly trained professionals for affordable help, some of which will shock you with their deep insights into your problems and behavior. My true feelings are, stop reading this review and try it right now. 10/10

I love BetterHelp. It’s easier for me to fit into my schedule and there’s a wide variety of ways to communicate. Personally I have a hard time saying my feelings and prefer to write them so I prefect the live chats or just messaging. I think the best thing is how they help you find a therapist. It’s overwhelming and most people aren’t reaching out when they’re not at their healthiest and BetterHelp does this extremely well. Id recommend it to anyone.

BetterHelp is an amazing tool to help you find you a great therapist fit for you. I have personally always said counselors need a form before you go in because the first meet up that you have to pay for is just a get to know you and it’s always a bit awkward. With BetterHelp I felt I could dive right in after my therapist knew my needs even before we had our first session. It was amazing all around. Easy to use app and comes with extra perks so the best bang for your buck and amazing for your personal schedule too.

my doctor referred me to a therapist but they were all booked. I wasn't in a good place so I Googled online therapy and found BetterHelp. I am very thankful that I did, it is worth the money for me. I really needed to speak to someone and the person I was given has been great.

It's help a lot and I think a lot of guys shout open up and talk to same one be for it to late there listen to you and don't judge you if your a guy going through depression and stress go to betterhelp.

Review of Betterhelp.com and counselor Rivkah: I recently experienced a period of depression due to a life transition at age 81. I found myself crying almost every day and could not pinpoint the reason. My daughter found Betterhelp.com online and thought it would be a good fit for me. I chose Rivkah from their list of counselors and we formed a bond from my first session. She gave me concrete things to do immediately and that continued in the second session.
