I am very happy with my sessions. I have been given great tools and advice to help my cope and work through my anxiety. My therapist truly listens to me and is very knowledgeable and helpful.

I signed up with Betterhelp and cancelled a few days later. I have not been matched with a therapist and decided to find someone locally. However, as soon as I cancelled my account, £240 disappeared out of my bank account. I'm now trying to get a refund. How can they take money without actually providing any therapy? Now I'm getting automated messages and there's no phone number. I also can't afford to find a real therapist, as they've taken this money from my account. Be warned if you're going to use this service - they take a lot of money upfront. UPDATE: Betterhelp are refunding my money. I’m grateful for this.

Better help has been amazing at finding me the perfect therapist that meets all of my needs and more. I also love the fact that they offer group seminars to help you work through relationships, boundaries, and etc. This way you have more than one way in addition to your therapist to learn different tools on how to handle real life situations.

I cannot say enough positive words about BetterHelp and the counselor I was paired with. She is perfect for my needs. She is professional, yet very personable and has outstanding insights. I had tried several other counselors, but just did not feel a connection.

The therapist I have is simply and completely, excellent! He has been extremely helpful in life in sorting out problems and prioritizing solutions and assisting along the way with Cognitive Behavior Therapy, and also tools on social media relating to topics which assist in my understanding. He also has a spiritual side of his therapy which is also helpful. SIMPLY THE BEST!!

Better Help is an affordable alternative to the scant provision available on the NHS. Engaging with therapy on video call whlle sitting on my bed in the privacy of my home suits me very well
