Thank you for the help better help!! -To start, the service on betterhelp was great, I had extremely good productive calls with my therapist, and I can't thank her enough! My therapist and I agreed to pause the membership since I would be traveling and competing in Europe this summer. I was very busy and better help unpaused the membership and charged me 2 months for a service I didn't use. Its my fault I wasn't paying enough attention, but I still don't like it. I'd like a refund because I had to change my travel plans to have enough money to get home. I appreciate what better help offers and provides I just wish there was some way I would confirm unpacking my account. Thank you, I'm still hoping for a refund, and I will very happily come back and change this review immediately!!!🙏🙏

As a senior, I never thought I would need the help of a therapist. I've never had one so I wasn't sure what to expect. BetterHelp came to the rescue! It was a simple process to select one and I'm very happy to experience the positive changes in my life. I would very highly recommend them.

What made my experience great is the amount of experience therapist to choose from. Also being able report any issues and being able to rectify them in a positive manner and not feeling stuck if your not feeling your therapist you chose. The app is very easy and even though betterhelp is on line you have great support from the company. It's a win for me I forward to my appointments

Betterhelp provides great therapy with great caring and heart for its clients. My therapist is very down to earth yet professional at the same time.

I started using therapist with Betterhelp. To start off with, I was taken aback as no sooner had I shown interest in finding a therapist when a full month's subscription was immediately taken from my account! Unfortunately I had some financial issues afterwards and had to discontinue. I advised my therapist but Betterhelp still subsequently continued to take my monthly subscription from my account leaving me in even more financial difficulty. Despite two emails, I have yet to receive a satisfactory response from them. If the purpose of using Betterhelp is to help with my mental heath, their refusal to refund me my money is only making me feel worse mentally.

One of the worst spammers. It's tricky when asked to set a date for the experience and it it 10 times a day every day. Betterhelp relies on a weakness in the Google advertising system that allows them to sponsor rather than place adds directly, thereby avoiding any attempt to stop seeing their bs. When you get bombarded with Spam, do you want to reach out and chat with the spammers? For an industry that is based around understanding people, you don't show much insight. You know what you are doing. I know what you are doing, I don't need to talk to you about it. I need someone to punish you, or at least for Google to start caring about customer experience over advertising revenue and close the loophole that Betterhelp exploint to Spam the public who have already said they don't want to see betterhelp advertising materials.
