We are a non profit organization that holds a couple of large events each year and relies on live auctions as a significant source of our fundraising success. This year we decided that purchasing paddles would be something different and fun for the bidders. We were so very pleased with the outcome!! The paddles were superior to anything we had used prior and it may have contributed to the increased activity at the last gala. Donors liked them so much that we believe a few took the paddles home with them and we ended up needing some replacements. The delivery of replacement paddles required more follow up conversations with Better Bidders than I thought was necessary but in the end, they did arrive in time for the next event.

I needed the project executed in less than 24-hours and shipped overnight for use the next day. They delivered! The quality of product was better than we had expected and the turnaround was remarkable.

The Better Bidders website needs and update, it would be great if you could order online rather than having to email John directly. But other than that it was a great experience and John was very nice and helpful!
