These bid paddles are really fun for your high-end events. We use them for our million dollar donors and it is fun for them to have a unique shape different than everybody else. We have ordered them three times now and have enjoyed them each time- they are sturdy and look expensive.

I am always very pleased with the quality of the paddles I order from Better Bidders, and they are really good looking too. I appreciate the communication once my order is in process, however getting the order started is a little slow. My one suggestion for real change is to ship them much further ahead of the event date, to allow for replacement while damaged in shipping, errors that were missed by quality control, etc. I get anxious because we are receiving them within a week of the event. I'd much rather have them in hand a minimum of 2 weeks prior.

John at Better Bidder has done a great job for us every time! Communication is quick and easy and our products arrive as we want them, when we want them! I have ordered bid paddles from other companies in the past, but will not make that mistake again. Oh, and the pricing is extremely good too!

Less than a week before our event, the event planners decided they wanted to do a live auction, and wanted paddles for the guests to use - something we could use again for future events. We're located in the San Francisco Bay Area, and I couldn't find auctioneer supply manufacturers anywhere near me. Upon doing a Google search, I found BetterBidders and their prices looked pretty good. I emailed John and he got back to me right away. John was super patient and not only worked with our limited budget, but with our SUPER limited timeframe (less than a week!). The order and shipment was rushed to us and we just received them with plenty of time left in the day. The paddles were packed with care and came undamaged. The paddles look great and we are so excited to use them.

The person that took my order was John, he was very helpful and willing to explain every part of the process. We ordered 3 months in advance which made this process was lengthy and there was a lot of back and forth with emails and phone calls Our order was placed and we received them about 3 weeks before the event which was great but that was 2.5 weeks later than their "Target in hands date". John was very helpful and did explain why this was sent out later than when we were quoted. He did make sure we got these before the event, it would've been nice to be notified that they would be sending our paddles out a little later than expected that way i wouldn't be as stressed. The only other thing was we ordered 125 and only received 120. Although we were only charged for the 120 it would've been nice to have gotten a heads up that with the production of the shape we ordered each sheet only made 60 which is why we received 120 paddles instead of 125. A phone call from Better Bidders with the option to get another half sheet of 30 paddles would have been a nice courtesy as well. All in All the paddles we received were what we wanted, John was great and had great customer service, i would like to give a 3.75 if possible but 4 is the closes.

Auction paddles looked much better than the cardboard ones with wooden paddle, and can be kept as a souvenir.
