Owner is very nice and explained their process, but nonetheless it is very misleading pricing. I didn't receive any communication prior to charging my credit card and I still don't have an ETA for the paddles. Other than that, they look like great sturdy products, so I hope that's what I receive!

Better Bidders had exactly the paddles we needed for our auction at a price that was comparable to other companies. We ordered the 2mm which while still a good product was thin. In the future and to anyone looking to buy I would look to go up to the 3.5mm. Communication was average. I had place the order months ahead of our event to avoid unnecessary stress. I had to reach out regarding the status of our order to find out that it was delayed. We got the order the week of our event.

I had to email and call several times to find out how to place an order. I almost gave up. After that, communication was prompt and questions were answered. I was never asked when I needed the order. I was never asked how I wanted the package shipped. These paddles are for a charity luncheon, not to be held until May 9th and every cent counts, but the package was shipped at a very expensive rate, costing us $80.00, instead of giving us the choice for ground shipping, which comes out of our profits for special needs children and adults. Other than that the paddles look good.

We've been using Better Bidders for years and their service is usually excellent, but this time around, while the product was good, we have not had quick service and the communication has been difficult. I realize this must likely be a one-off experience as we've had great experiences in the past, but for this particular order we've had some difficulty

While the products we received were excellent, communication with Better Bidders was difficult and we had to remind them the week of our event that we needed our order. When we emailed their responses took a few days and this made us a little nervous the week of our event that our paddles would not arrive in time. The product we received was perfect, maybe just work on your communication efforts!

The quality of the product was great and exactly as promised, and if I was just rating that, it would be 5 stars. However, I was disappointed to be charged rush shipping fees due to the own company's internal backlog of work, especially since I placed my order 6 weeks before the due date. And I had to follow up with them repeatedly in the weeks after I placed my order to receive any kind of confirmation that they received it.

While we always have a favorable outcome, it takes some work to get there. Follow-up communication is necessary, yet not usually returned on the first attempt. The product is solid, and as-advertised. Because of this, and the fact that the cost is not only unbeatable, it is impossible to even get close to through another vendor, we have continued to use this company to supply our bid paddles each year.

The bidder paddles I received were excellent. Received many comments on how nice they were. But working with John was a bit of a journey. Very difficult to get him to return phone calls and emails so I could get my paddles ordered. Finally got them ordered, received them, and they were the wrong thickness. John made it somewhat right by sending me what I originally ordered and charging me the difference. I referred many potential new customers to him, including one who already ordered from him.
