Better Bidders Inc.Reviews of betterbidders.com

I needed specific bidder paddles the next day and John at Better Bidders took my call late in the day and corresponded with me into the evening hours to make sure he got the order correct and processed that night.

I contacted John with a rushed order, unsure of if in the small amount of time (8 days) it would be able to be completed. We got a great product and phenomenal customer service, and it was in hand a day early! I appreciate the quality of the product, friendliness of the staff and how smooth the whole process went. Would definitely recommend and will be using Better Bidders again!

Loved working with BB as they worked hard to get us a product that fit our event and budget. They turned around a product in a short time frame, our guests had a great time holding up the paddle and the durable plastic will allow us to use the paddles for many years. Customer service was top notch.

Better Bidders has provided the auction paddles for a number of our charity art auctions, and I could not be more pleased. John Murphy really hustles and he's a pure delight to deal with. The customized paddles are affordable and BB's design services really come in handy. Highly recommend Better Bidders. Thanks.

I definitely recommend Better Bidders! Communication could be quicker but they are great with hitting deadlines and the quality of the product is high. We have used their paddles at two events and the feedback has been nothing but positive! Their paddles have certainly increased the donations that we have received.

John at Better Bidders provided us with excellent service. Very accommodating and we received our order just as described and right in time!

BetterBidders does an excellent job at responding very quickly and makes the process very easy. We have never had a problem with this company and will continue to use them for future orders.

Once I was able to get ahold of John, he was super helpful in getting us what we needed in our timeframe. Thanks!
