John was always responsive to my questions and gave me multiple quotes to find the right fit of bid paddle for my organization.

I would highly recommend this company. My request was a last minute, 'I need this right away' request. They went above and beyond to be sure I had what I needed when I needed it.

I like John a lot. This year was our third time ordering from him. The quality and price of the paddles are very good. In fact we used one set for 5 years, they last that long. This year I was a little concerned that they were shipped the week before the event even though I had ordered 5 weeks prior. But he eliminated the cost of 2 day shipping and they got here on time so it worked out.

We received our order quickly and exactly as we requested. John provided accommodating service for us as an international customer.

It took over two weeks and at least 5 different messages (both voicemail and email) to receive a reply. Once that reply was received, the order was placed and payment was requested immediately. Payment was made but there was some issue on your end that delayed to order once again, some form of miscommunication in your house. The order I placed was received 5 days past the requested delivery date, the day before the event they were needed.
