Better Bidders Inc.Reviews of betterbidders.com

Super reliable and came through for us at the last minute!

John was great to work with. He was patient as we worked through what we wanted and responded quickly during the ordering process. The only issue we had was the time it took to actually receive the product. We ordered the product in October and finally received it in February. I did tell John that we weren't in a hurry. But when we hadn't heard anything by the end of December, I had to follow up several times before the products were finally shipped to us in February. Their ship time may be really good if they're told it's needed quickly, but I don't know that for sure. The products we received are as ordered and we're very happy with them. We would work with Better Bidders again.

John at Better Bidders was very easy to work with and made the entire process of ordering paddles for our school gala stress free. We used John for our last benefit and he was able to quickly pull up our last order which made ordering a snap. We will definitely use Better Bidders again, thank you John!

The bidder paddles I received were excellent. Received many comments on how nice they were. But working with John was a bit of a journey. Very difficult to get him to return phone calls and emails so I could get my paddles ordered. Finally got them ordered, received them, and they were the wrong thickness. John made it somewhat right by sending me what I originally ordered and charging me the difference. I referred many potential new customers to him, including one who already ordered from him.

There were issues with the printing machinery which in turn delayed production, but communications with John were open, and I was kept apprised of delivery status. I would use Better Bidders for future needs.

John was pleasant, helpful and you knew he was there to help you. The customer is number one with John.

John is easy to work with and the new paddles added a very professional enhancement to the auction. Well worth it.

We had ordered products from Better Bidders previously and only needed a partial remake of our order, and the company not only made it happen but in a timely manner as well! We were able to receive our order and confirm the shipment in time for a big company event - which helped put our minds at ease leading into it. Quality products at great prices, thank you Better Bidders!
