DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY I ordered my Covid test last Monday Received it Tuesday as promised I did the test straight away sent back Tuesday afternoon, tracked the test to London sorting office 6:00 am Thursday, I still haven't had my results not the quick turnaround I was promised!!! I've now managed to get a NHS test and the results back! I needed test to get back to work! Emailed no response! Phoned Friday told to phone Monday, so I did I received a call back saying they would not refund as they haven't tested the sample yet! But surely that sample is not now viable after 6 days???? PLEASE DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY USE ANOTHER COMPANY!!!!!

Simply disappointed by the service. I was initially happy when received a covid test quickly by post sent it back just after and I am still waiting for a result 48 hours later. This is a company which oversell their services by adding meaningless words such as quick to then under deliver. Edit: still no feedback more than 72 hours after the lab receiving the test!

Purchased on Monday to test for my son, since he cannot go to school. Received on Tuesday morning and posted back on Tuesday afternoon. Delivered to the Lab on Wednesday at 08:09AM. Still Waiting for covid test results. I Have been waiting over the 48 hour period and sent email to track, called a couple of times, but all they have said is we should have results by midnight and keep tracking online. I am tired of doing this. The reason for the purchase was no slots or kits available on NHS website and my son could not go to school as he need to submit the report to the administration. Unfortunately a whole week is wasted after purchasing the kit. Waste of money and time.

Terrible, terrible company DO NOT USE. Ordered a PCP covid test over a week ago and still no results. Got one unhelpful email back when I chased this up but since then they have ignored all my efforts to contact them when all I ask for is some idea of when I can expect the result! I'd like to plan my life and let work know. By the time the results are in I'll be out of the isolation period anyway now! What a waste of money and so much needless stress and anxiety. I can't work, I can't send my child to nursery. If you want to pay for a private Covid test USE ANOTHER COMPANY, this one is a sham.

I cant fault this company at all everything was on time and a superior after sales service. I would highly recomend them as they do as they say. A big thanks for a professional service.

Better2know has a 24/7 help desk and they are very helpful inspite of having any issue with the turn around time of the result, their reasoning is understandable and they will reassure you that you will get all the help that you need from them. I used better2know for a COVID test required for me to fly home to Zimbabwe. Service and communication were both excellent and I got my results in time for my flight out. Would definitely recommend.

The clinic and its staff are awesome. The customer service is excellent. Louise seems to work round the clock as she responds to your queries promptly anytime of the day. They are very helpful. I STRONGLY recommend them for every service they offer.
