Shocking. They sold me an antibody test kit to take a fingerprick test at home. On reading a Which article that’s says all at home fingerprick testing antibody kits in the uk are banned from sale I contacted them to get a full refund. I haven’t even got the kit yet and therefore it is not opened. They just called claimed this is not the test in the article so when I asked where I could get independent verification that the test is not banned they could only point me to their own website! They said I could send it back but they wouldn’t give me a full refund. Do not go near this company. In response to the comment from Better2know below: I bought the test on Tuesday 6th October 2020. It hasn’t even arrived with me yet. I have had no dealings with you prior to that date so I have no idea where your comment comes from wrt to ‘5 months ago’ The Which review was updated late September which clearly states that all at home fingerprick tests are banned in the UK. You have not been able to supply any evidence outside your own website to support your claim that the new test is not banned. If you are selling banned materials I expect a full refund. Thank you for the 2nd response Better2know. I expect the full refund not minus the admin fee of £50 which is what I received in your email to me today. Please confirm. Once the kit arrives I will be sending it straight back. I cannot find any independent site that says any at home fingerprick tests are approved in the UK. I agree you have a CE Mark but that is not the same as saying you have a test approved independently within the UK (CE is a conformity measure not a measure of quality or certification) Update 13th Oct 2020 I received the kit in the post Friday 9th Oct lunchtime and returned it by 1st class recorded delivery to the address provided to me by Better2know via email. I have had no acknowledgement of receipt from you yet or confirmation of full refund as you state in your message below

For my results and travelling to Cyprus, couldnt of asked for a better choice to get a home test. The Customer service Manager and staff have been so helpful. They really pull out all the stops to ensure you get your results back promptly. Really made my day.

BEYOND AMAZING - IGNORE THE NEGATIVE REVIEWS Better2know have been utterly amazing, faultless and I don’t say things about companies lightly!! Our story started and bare with me as it long winded, we ordered the Covid PCR testing kit as we are flying to Dubai, which was suppose to be today. My partner and I ordered the tests and they arrive the next day. We then both did the tests on Saturday and posted that day. Nicks results came back well within the 48hours time frame, which was Monday evening. Mine unfortunately did not. Panic set in and Valerie and Amanda tried to reassure me, never did they avoid my calls or emails as previous reviews have said. My result eventually came back yesterday morning invalid!! I was mortified. Mike and his staff rallied round found me a courier to come to my house which is in Derbyshire and the said courier drove it to the lab in Leicester. All the time I must of done there heads in my emails and calls but they never fobbed me off and went beyond there jobs to sort things. I’m please to say I received my negative test results at 12pm today and I’m now en route to Dubai. I would highly recommend this company and even when I was losing my head they were calm and found a solution to sort my test out. Mike, Valerie, Amanda and Louise I can’t thank you enough. first when i saw reviews about not giving test on time i was very scared that is gonna happen to Me as well but well done to louise she was very helpful and throught out my whole process fast replays for my emails Got the test on time as promised and proper manners i dont know why people have given them bad reviews about it it was good for me thanks b2K .
