What an absolutely 5 star service - from my initial enquiry and order right through to receiving our test results today, Louise has been brilliant. It has been a worrying time with such tight turnaround to achieve a result in order to fly, but it has all gone like clockwork for us - indeed we have received our results 24 hours earlier than expected!! Thank you to all involved for delivering a service as stated. For those who have written such negative comments, I can only assume your requirements were different to those that Better2Know offer as the service outline is very clear, and delivers accordingly. We will most certainly recommend this service to others and are grateful for the opportunity to now have a much needed holiday.

NOT ACCEPTED BY AIRLINES I PAID EXTRA FOR THE CERTIFICATE It may be accepted else where but if you need it for Air travel they do not accept it I tried it with Emirates Airline today

I had a Covid 19 PCR test early this week and flew on time without any problem. They are extremely professional and efficient. I am fully satisfied and would recommend them without reservation. Their service is fast and communication (both phone and email support) is highly praiseworthy. Unlike many others who advertise but are not even available to answer patient's simple question, the call handlers at B2K show amazing verve. I can't thank them & Louise who promptly replied all my emails, enough. To the people who wrote negative review, I have to say that it is not fair to blame B2K. Both patient and B2K are jointly responsible. Patients should take responsibility in sending the correct swab and ensure sending back their sample in good time as clearly directed. I have had no issue in honestly sending my sample and getting the promised result comfortably within the 96 hours window.

I bought a COVID PCR test online at 4:05pm and it arrived at 08:30am the following day. Louise kept me informed by email throughout which was very reassuring as we really needed the test so our entire household could go back to work/school after one of the children developed symptoms. The results were emailed to me 36 hours after receipt at the lab. Thoroughly recommend.

Test received promptly, instructions very clear and result sent when expected. Very helpful staff on email and phone for queries. Highly recommend
