Excellent customer service, tests sent and delivered very promptly with regular updates regarding our order process. We were expecting to wait 48 hours for the results within our 72 hour pre-flight window, but we have been very lucky to receive them the same day they received our samples! Clear instructions and very informative regarding the process. I wouldn't hesitate to use Better2Know again for Covid tests should it be required

It wasnt looking good at the start , we was on our way to the Airport with my parters results but not mine , rang as much as we could and we got an answer everytime trying there best to help us , 10 minutes before boarding in the middle of changing our location and my results came in , I can’t thank this company enough with how much the whole team tried there best to get our results back in 24 hours than 48 , thank you so much with how helpful the company was.
