The service I received from Better2Know was outstanding. I had a problem, and this was corrected within my time frame requirements. My contact was Louise Wright. Her help and assistance does credit to herself and the organisation. I also spoke to another lady on the telephone (Tuesday04/11/2020). Unfortunately l cannot remember her name. This lady was also very helpful.
