Better2KnowReviews of better2know.com

I have used Better2know on a number of occasions for travel COVID tests, and the service is exemplary and attention to detail is second to none. I was treated with sensitivity and communication outstanding. I will continue to use the service on all my future travel and vaccinations etc. Well done to Louise Wright and Dalin, who looked after me personally.

I have nothing other than praise for the organisation, professionalism, manners and execution of their task, as B2K have been outstanding throughout what has been a pressured process. They are as efficient as their marketing suggests and they are there 24/7, with advice, support and results, if they are able. Sincere thanks to all the staff, from the Lab to those who process the results; an outstanding experience.

Amazing experience Thanks for reply on time , and getting result fast with privacy.

This is the second time that we have used Better2know and we are pleased with their service. They are extremely helpful with any query and very efficient with the handling of the tests. The last test results were not received until the day before we flew but this was a postal fault and I rang a couple of times and was put at ease. We fly next week so fingers crossed the tests gets there in time. The service is excellent and we will use them again should we need to. John and Hilary Holland.

I had a fantastic experience with Better2Know by phone and email they gave me the service in fullest and the interaction with Louise Wright and Sue McQuaide with great knowledge they phoned me even back and emailed for specific questions! I highly recommend this company!

Quick and Supportive

I received my test on time and got my results equally fast. Looking forward to using them again for the Covid test

I HAVE BEEN COMPLETELED FRAUDED!!! DON'T BUY HERE YOUR COVID TEST!!!!! I bought a Covid-19 Fit to Fly Test and Certificated, priority service to make sure I was going to have the results on time to get my flight that was yesterday (06/12/2020). I followed all the instructions correctly. I took my sample and posted it into a priority box the day before (last Wednesday, 02/12/2020) my required window began. I never got my results so after speaking with 3 differents assistants by phone they told me that my sample didn't get to the laboratory so I couldn't get my flight. Furthemore, I was moving from UK to Spain because I had to do important exams in Spain so I had to stay in a city (Bristol) where I don't have a house. I have lost a total of 140 pounds of the flight and train, 245 pounds for the Covid-Test and 170 pounds for the new flight.
