The result was received (with delay), but a report is not available
I ordered a COVID-19 antibody kit for £139, which I received after 6 days. The blood collection guide was not so clear, and then I was also getting an error message when I was trying to register the date of my sample online. I tried to contact customer service several times regarding this problem, as I was previously informed that my sample will not be run if the date of collection is not registered online. I called and emailed them several times since four days ago, but I only got a reply yesterday night to acknowledge that they have received my emails, but still no answer regarding the problem with the registration of the date of the sample. Before buying the test, they had informed me that results will take up to 48 hours. However, they now say that the laboratory is very busy and they do not have an idea on when my results will be ready. I had posted my sample with royal mail special delivery as I needed these results urgently. Update: after my complaint, my result was posted on my online account yesterday, with a delay of one day (3 days after the lab had received my sample). The result was a number for my antibodies titer (1.626) with the indication "very high", which made sense to me, as I was previously hospitalised with covid disease some months ago. However, when I asked for a copy of my report similarly to what we always receive for any blood analysis (indicating the details of the test, such as the date, the name of the laboratory, the range of values corresponding to low and high levels of antibodies etc), I was informed that a report is not available.

Dear Fay, As you paid £139 for a test this means that you choose the first class post service. This is not a tracked service. It is very unfair to blame us for not providing a tracking number when you choose not to buy that tracked service. We do have our dispatch sheets that show when kits were sent and you would have been emailed. Thank you for confirming that you have now received the kit - I trust that you can confirm it was posted when we said it was. The collection guide of a CE marked product is not our responsibility, and is not allowed to be ours under the regulations, but we can pass your comments on to the manufacturer.
