I ordered a Priority PCR home test (Fit to fly) and had a really good experience with Better2Know. Starting with the customer service, which is excellent: Louise was super helpful and replied to all my questions even though they were so busy. I received the certificate arrived 10 hours after it was received at the lab. Outstanding. I hope everything goes well in Heathrow :) Thank you, Louise!

My situation stands as follows: I had to take a flight on Sunday, I sent the test on Wednesday at 9:00 AM. It is Tuesday (almost 7 days later) and I don't have my results. Customer service told me on Friday that I had to start looking for alternatives(!?). They told me that Royal Mail is taking forever. They are also asking people to send the kit +5 days before the start of the earliest deadline (in the case of Spain would be 72h + 5 days), sure why not, at this point lets just send the PCR result without taking it to the lab, what is the point of this!? This is all a complete and utter joke. In the first place, if B2K is aware Royal Mail is taking it slowly, they should stop using them ASAP and spend more money on a more urgent courier. I would rather pay +£20 on the total price if it means that I get something I can trust and I get my results in a decent time frame. Also, B2k should not charge you what so ever before the kit reaches them, this is just unprofessional and they are shielding behind their clauses to avoid returning money while taking benefit from this world wide pandemic. EDIT: They are also getting away with these things because some people are not having any trouble with their tests. Good for them, but this can not be let to luck or 3rd parties when you are charging £145 for this service, its just unacceptable and should be stoped. So please, if you are considering doing this, be advised that this can happen to you, and it's a matter of chance.

I took the Covid test kit and everything went surprisingly fast. I ordered the kit on Thursday, received it on Friday and sent the samples on Saturday morning, on Monday evening I've received the result. Reading the reviews for various testing centres I didn't expect to get the results before Wednesday. The information given in emails was more than enough to do everything and I didn't have to ask for any extra information (as I'm a foreigner it would be an additional stress for me). Thank you for the excellent service!

I decided to buy my Covid PCR TEST + certificate to fly with better2know after call them and realices that they are a responsive company. I ordered that on Sunday, so they sent it and it was supposed to be on keighley on Tuesday, but (due to a problem on Royal Mail with parcels on Black Friday) it arrived on Wednesday. I did my test at 11:30am on a Wednesday and test arrived to the laboratory in london only 14 Homer before! It was so fast!! They are worrying 24/7 and my results and certificate was done by the end of the day! If I can recommend only one thing to people is to order the test ASAP, it always Help. I’m flying for Christmas to Spain tomorrow ( Friday ) and I get my certificate today Thursday. Thank you so much!

Fast, effective (I think?), super responsive and clear. Got the results about 36 hours after I mailed the test back.
