1.Stand must be opened to acces the…
1.Stand must be opened to acces the electrical plug. 2.The elect. plug is so loose it disconnects with the slight movement. Device is usuless, keep turning off. 3. The electrical cord should be at lease 16ft. to reach from the wall plug to a chair or couch. 4. I would like my money returned. How do I return the device?

Good customer service
I had an issue with the infrared setting on my LED light therapy, so I emailed them about the issue. They sent out a replacement right away and made the whole process smooth and easy. Very helpful and quick to respond back.

Nice red light therapy device
Bought a new Pro100 red light therapy device. It arrived but had some accessories missing. I contacted their support which promptly asked me to return the unit and they would send me a new unit. New unit is nice, had some extra features like rubber feet etc which original unit did not have. Both worked fine (first one just was missing some accessories), and I was able to use the original one until the replacement arrived and then ship original back. Device works well and is very competatively priced.

No more stiffness
Fast shipment. Excellent product. I use this every day for swelling in my right knee. No longer any stiffness, so I can Zumba my heart out.

Life changing
This machine has absolutely changed my life. I am amazed by the results. I have been using on a daily basis for the past 6 months and the results are visible. Starting my my skin, rested and with even tone, my sleep, like a baby, muscle pains gone, sex drive to the roof. Thank you, I will forever be loyal to this company!
