The customer service is fast and responsive. One item was damaged in shipping (not Bestqool's fault) and they immediately shipped a replacement part. The panels are great and the universal stand is well designed and will be great when the replacement part arrives. I would have given a 5 star rating except for the shipping damage.

Product seems to be great quality. Documentation needs to be provided to better explain benefits of using settings (A)Nogier, (B)Solfeggio, and (C)Fibonacci frequencies. Found a couple on the internet but nothing explaining (C) setting. Knowledge of targeted areas is important to use product correctly.
