Love my product but very disappointed I did not receive a owners manual which was to be included only help,I got was a pdf to download that’s not what I want I expected the actual Manuel provided to me so I hope customer service will still mail me the actual manual that was part of what I ordered and paid for

It's nice when things are a great product meets great price. It's satisfying. I got my red light used and it came in great condition. Couldn't tell it was even in used condition. I have been using it 3 days a week and after each use my skin thanks me. I know the results will show up over time but its nice to have a skin treatment feel better than when it was finished. I find bestqool's red light therapy to be the best in the business. On par with professional services.
