Product as promised, good communication re: shipping delays
Very long delay in shipping but company communicated clearly about it and the reasons for it, which were beyond their control. Refunded 10% as compensation. When item did arrive, it was missing the plug/cable. Company sent that out promptly once I communicated it was missing. Product is solid so far.

This red light is too quality and customer service is superb
We had some issues with the shipping and the item made it late but custom Services are top notch! They gave me enough options for them to make it right! We family received the item and the quality of top of the line! Were very happy with our purchase and the company customer support!

Do we need to apply moisturizer before facing the lamp, cause I feel very dry my skin every time after doing the therapy

Pro300
So far so good. The forehead used to be dry and flaky. After using the Pro300 for near 2 weeks. The forehead is no longer dry and flaky. Will update more later.
