Considering I live in Canada, supplement packages from the US usually take considerable time and cost to be shipped over. Bestpricenutrition charges dirt cheap flat rates to Canada for shipping, and best of all, I got my package in 4 days!!! That is simply unheard of! Will buy again!

I do really like this store, great prices, costumer service the best. Couple times I had some question and they reply very quickly. The only one thing (that's why my 4 stars) need to improve little more on shipping., it's say ship the same day (haven't happen to me all the times) some times take more of one day or I had email asking for my products, and I noted the shipping 48 hours after I order, plus the shipping its to hight prices.

It is now August 11 2015 I sent my package back July 31 2015. There is still no sign of package at their warehouse or a refund?

Hi, I think we spoke with you yesterday as well and told you that we have not received it back yet. Once we do receive it, we will give you a refund asap. When a package is refused by the owner/address of the delivery, it's up to the post office to how long it takes to get back to us. Sometimes it is a week, sometimes it has taken 4 weeks. But again, as soon as it's back in our hands, we will be giving you a refund. I hope this helps to explain things better.

This is by far the best tasting protein I've tasted. My favorite is the lemon flavor! I drink two drinks a day. After my workout and before bed. I will always buy this brand super fast to mix. It is powdery and gets on everything. U have to be careful when mixing. Overall a great product! Will try other flavors.

I like ordering from the site. Plenty of products. Just seems like the shipping gets slower every time I order.

I do apologize about your latest order. It looks like we ran out of stock on the product over the weekend and it got out late. I will be talking with our purchasing manager into this issue. With your order, email me personally at [email protected] and I will make sure to include a bunch of samples with your order. Thank you, Jeff Moriarty

Only order from here if you know for sure the product that you want. If you are testing out what protein shake will be best for your body (ex: digestibility, insulin peaks, etc), I suggest Amazon or Bodybuilding where they will help you with the return shipping and replacement, as long as you have only tried the product once. So at this point, here are my options: 1) Keep protein shake that gives me horrible cramps 2) Replace the product which will be more expensive: a) Pay out of my pocket for return shipping b) Pay out of my pocket for replacement shipping. So, really, order from here only if you know that your supplement/ protein works well with your body.

Great products and super service. For my next purchase I found on E-Bay a better price.

Hi Richard, thank for you for the feedback. Our manufacturers don't recommend eBay as the people selling on their may sell expired or fraudulent products. And who knows how they are being stored. With Best Price Nutrition you can earn free supplements and money towards future purchases with our rewards program! Also, we are the only company that allows you to choose your own free samples with each order! Either way though, thank you for trying us out!
