Web site very user friendly. When I inquired about tracking number. The went above and beyond. The sent me notifications with each package transfer, up until delivery. Prices very reasonable. I highly recommend using Best Price Nutrition!☺️

I've loved every experience shopping on BPN! Tons of products, simple ordering and fast delivery. Can't ask for more!

While the customer service people are very nice, if I had not called who knows how long it would have taken to get my shipment. I ordered it on 8/13 and it is now 8/28 and I still do not have my product. My credit card was billed on the 13th, which I am not sure if legally they can do that, but most other companies I deal with do not bill the credit card until the product has been shipped. I have ordered from them for a number of years and they seem to be getting worse not better. They do have great prices on most things but be prepared to wait forever to receive your product.

BPN is the best place i've ever shopped for my supps at the best & lowest price on the market. They always have what i need easy to order you get a tracking number only downside it takes too long to recieve. I order on monday it doesn't start moving until thursday other companies ship out the same day.

i have placed several orders for products and the last 2 orders never shipped due to back ordered products. I do wish they would ship what they have in stock and give us a timeframe when back orders will be filled.

MATERIAL WAS RECEIVED EARLIER THAN PROMISED. NOXITROPIN PM POWDER WAS A SOLID BRICK AND UNUSABLE. SPOKE TO CUSTOMER SERVICE AND WAS ADVISED THAT REPLACEMENT PRODUCT WOULD BE SENT. STILL HAVE NOT RECEIVED NEW PRODUCT. THIS IS THE FIRST PROBLEM I HAVE HAD. SERVICE HAS ALWAYS BEEN GOOD. WAITING TO SEE HOW RETURNS ARE HANDLED.
