great service

Great online shopping experience

Overall it was a good experience. It took a little while for the packaging, but they were very prompt in shipping once it was sent. I usually order this product from amazon due to the price, but this has been very convenient as well.

Still have not received my order or had any update for reason of the delay. This is my first time ordering from you guys and will not use again. Amazon and bodybuilding ship way faster and notify you if any issues. Recommend you guys work on notification for future orders.

The product was delivered in a timely fashion, considering it was close to Christmas. I will definitely order again.

Easy. Got it quick.

I chose BPN for my latest protein order to save a couple bucks (literally, like $4). I knew one of my 3 tubs of protein was on backorder, but the site said it would be available in 1-2 weeks. I thought maybe my other two tubs would be shipped anyways, but I was wrong. It ended up taking 24 days to get my order. I did contact customer service and was responded to in a timely manner. So that is a plus. When I opened my order I noticed I didn't even receive the correct 'free sample' I chose. And no other freebies were included like most other online supplement stores will throw in. Next time I will just pay a few bucks more and order through BB.com. I know I will get my items quicker and at least get a t-shirt, a magazine, and a supplement sample or two out of it.
